| Mr. Perry joined the Fortis Properties Board in 2010. He is currently Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Fortis Inc. He has held the position of VP, Finance and CFO of Newfoundland Power, VP Treasurer with a global forest products company and Corporate Controller with a large crude oil refinery. Mr. Perry serves on the Boards of Terasen Inc., Newfoundland Power Inc., Maritime Electric Company, Limited and FortisOntario Inc.

| Mr. Norris joined the board in 2006. He serves on the Board of Directors of Fortis Inc. and Newfoundland Power Inc. Mr. Norris has been a financial and management consultant since 2001, prior to which he held executive positions with Fisheries Products International Limited and the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador.
