Fortis Properties Corporation announced today the implementation of 45-FIXIT, a new wireless maintenance system which allows the Company to provide greater service access to tenants and enhance customer service delivery. 45FIXIT empowers our customers while facilitating better response to their needs.
How It Works !!!
- Tenants have identified administrators who will be responsible to make maintenance / service requests for their organization.
- Tenants can access 45-FIXIT and make a maintenance request in one of three ways, by calling 1-866-45-FIXIT, through the Fortis Properties website at www.fortisproperites.com, or via e-mail at fortisproperties.com
- After requests have been submitted, tenants will receive a confirmation number that can be used for tracking or reference. The request is immediately sent via electronic notification to a designated property representative who will assign the work request to a Fortis Properties Maintenance employee. The employee will receive the request via Blackberry (handheld wireless device).
- When the request has been completed the administrator who made the request will be notified.
45-FIXIT will be introduced in phased stages beginning with Newfoundland in April 2002, and Nova Scotia and New Brunswick during May, 2002.
