Fortis Properties Corporation is pleased to announce its expansion to the Delta St. John's Hotel, located in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador. The expansion will add an additional 128 rooms to its already 276 guest rooms. The 128 new rooms will include:

10 Leisure Suites
9 Jacuzzi Suites
10 Barrier-Free Rooms
1,400 Square Foot Executive Suite
