Current Opportunities - Executive Chef / Manager, Food and Beverage Operations - Delta St. John's

Fortis Properties is currently recruiting for the position of Executive Chef/Manager, Food and Beverage Operations for the Delta St. John’s Hotel and Conference Centre, St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador.

We are seeking a creative and dedicated individual to lead the food and beverage team at Atlantic Canada’s largest convention hotel, which also services the St. John’s Convention Centre. Offering 40,000 square feet of combined meeting and banquet space, the hotel is host to many of the city’s highest profile events. The successful applicant will be responsible for championing quality, productivity and health and safety standards, in line with brand and operational procedures and budgetary parameters.

The ideal candidate should possess a Red Seal Certification or international equivalent, as well as a degree or certificate in Business or Hospitality Management with a minimum of five years experience in a similar role.
