Fortis Properties is currently recruiting for the position of Executive Chef for the Delta Regina in Regina, Saskatchewan.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the overall management of the culinary operation of a 4-Star Convention Hotel. Responsiblities also include all aspects related to the food management process, including ordering, menu engineering & design, pairing of food and wine, food and labour costs. The Executive Chef will provide leadership, training, and direction to all culinary employees to achieve productivity, quality and presentation of food while ensuring all health and safety standards are adhered to.

The ideal candidate should possess a Red Seal Certification or international equivalent, as well as a degree or certificate in Business or Hospitality Management with a minimum of five years experience in a similar role.
