Highland Mermaid Pasta and Seafood Restaurant – A casual upscale eatery with a panoramic view of Sydney harbour.  Open for dinner nightly, 5:00 – 9:00 p.m, Monday to Friday.  Menu offers whole wheat pizza and pasta and whole grain brown rice.  We use extra virgin olive oil, sea salt and fresh herbs in our menu items.
